Kiulu White Water Rafting (Half Day)

Kiulu River is located on the northwestern part of Sabah, in a small town named Kiulu in the Tamparuli District.  Kiulu River Water Rafting is classified as Grade 1-2 River. It is safe enough for children and gentle enough for the elderly. Raft down Kiulu river in relatively gentle water (Grade 1 -2). Excursion covers up to 15km, making it the longest white water rafting trip in Borneo. Enjoy scenery comprising rural village lives, rubber plantations, and fruit orchards by the riverbank.

07:00AM: Breakfast at hotel and meet driver at the hotel lobby

08:00 AM: Depart from Kota Kinabalu City to Kiulu River located at Tamparuli area. (Journey may takes about 1 – 1 ½ hours’ drive)

09:30 AM: Estimated time of arrival at our starting point @ Riverbug Base Camp (RBC). You may change your attire. Check-in, signing of liability form will be done, kindly follow our staff leads. Safety briefing will be given by Riverbug professional river guide.

10:15 AM: Rafting commences. Excursion takes about 1 ½ – 2 hours to reach ending point. (Depending on the water level)

11:50 AM: Arrive at the ending point.
